We wanted to do something different, so we took the 1 day tour from San Jose to Jaco Beach to experience something more of the country then only the Central Valley and San Jose .

It was simple great! Our guide was very knowledgeable, he told us all about the coffee plantations we saw on the way and about the crocodiles at the Tarcoles River .

At the Waterfalls Canopy Tour Property our children took the Jungle Adventure Challenge and we did the Butterfly & Frog Garden . We took many pictures of the poisonous frogs. And we even learned how chocolate grows!

Together with the whole family we did the Canopy Tour. Our guides made it a totally safe experience for us, although the rappel at the end was VERY scary.

In the afternoon we visited the beach town of Jaco , while the kids hang out at the swimming pool.

The 1 day tour was top value!!!
