NIGHT CANOPY TOUR

How are you doing? My name is Catherine! Let me tell you all about the Night Canopy Tour.

Our night tour is the most thrilling and safe adventure tour you will do in Costa Rica!

The Night Canopy Tour consists of 13 platforms, 7 cables of different sizes, 3 storey Tree House, Tarzan Swing, a suspension bridge and a 90 feet rappel at the end.

The tour starts at dusk with putting on your harness, these are professional mountain climbing harnesses. Then we do a short walk in on torch lit trails. Around dusk the scarlet macaws can be heard and often seen in flight, returning to their roosting sides.

We take to the trees near the waterfalls, here you find the first platform with a short slide. From there you will glide with the help of professional climbing gear on a pulley to the first tree (an enormous Ceiba tree with a diameter of 30 feet!).

At all times you are under the constant care of our guides! You will be taking cables from treetop to treetop in the jungle until you get to the Tree house; Jane and Tarzan's place! This is the highest point of the Canopy Tour, you'll be 100 feet over ground level! More cables will follow until you reach a suspension bridge and the Tarzan Swing! Allright I want to hear your best imitation of either Jane or Tarzan.

The Tarzan Swing is followed by our longest cable for the truly adventurous (optional cable)! At the end we will rappel you down to the forest floor.

Price per adult: $65

Price per child 8-12 years: $35

Includes: guides, equipment, insect repellent, fresh tropical fruits and bottled water.

The Night Canopy Tour can be offered everyday around 5 pm .

*The Canopy Tour can be combined with a banquet or party in the rappel area, prices are different.
